科学的根拠

このツールを信頼できる理由。

Based on the five-facet model of mindfulness (Baer et al., 2006), this assessment uses 15 independently developed items — three per facet — to measure Observing, Describing, Acting with Awareness, Non-Judging, and Non-Reactivity (α = 0.69-0.83). The items were written by NOESIS to represent the published constructs; this is not the original FFMQ.

科学的基盤

このテストの背景にある理論。

Five-Facet Model of Mindfulness

Model defining mindfulness as a multi-faceted construct comprising observing (noticing internal and external stimuli), describing (labeling experiences with words), acting with awareness (attending to current activity), non-judging (accepting experiences without evaluation), and non-reactivity (allowing thoughts/feelings to come and go without reacting).

よくある質問

よくある質問

What does this assessment measure?

It measures five facets of mindfulness: Observing (noticing sensations), Describing (labeling experiences), Acting with Awareness (present-moment attention), Non-Judging (accepting experiences), and Non-Reactivity (letting feelings pass).

How does this relate to the FFMQ?

This assessment measures the same five mindfulness facets defined by Baer et al. (2006). All items are independently developed by NOESIS.

Is this test scientifically validated?

It is built on the five-facet model of mindfulness (Baer et al., 2006), the dominant framework for measuring mindfulness as a skill. The items are a NOESIS adaptation (α = 0.69-0.83) — independently written and not independently validated — so treat results as structured self-reflection.

What do high and low scores mean?

Each facet is scored separately because they grow separately: meditators often score high on observing first, while non-judging and non-reactivity tend to develop last — and matter most for well-being. Your lowest facet is usually the most useful place to point your practice.
