Organizational Support Theory

Also known as: POS · SPOS · Perceived organizational support

The belief that the organization values employees' contributions and cares about their well-being. High perceived organizational support creates a felt obligation to reciprocate with increased effort and loyalty, and reduces withdrawal behaviours.
