Every employee aggregation respects the N≥5 rule: groups with fewer than 5 employees are hidden with the message "insufficient sample to preserve privacy". Employees may answer tests outside the company context when the test measures sensitive dimensions — their choice, always.
Sensitive tests (mental health, clinical dimensions) are never included in corporate aggregates unless the employee explicitly opts in.
