Acceptance and capacity.
By creating an account on NOESIS you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. Minors require express authorization from a legal guardian.
These terms govern the relationship between you and the operating entity NOESIS LTDA (CNPJ to be registered), headquartered in Brazil. In a Whitelabel context (access via a partner company), NOESIS terms remain applicable in addition to any contractual agreements your company maintains with us.
Account and identity.
Your identity on the platform is unique per email address. Login is via magic link, social login (Google, Apple), or password. You are responsible for maintaining secure access. If you suspect a compromise, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Admins never see your password in plaintext. Password reset is always via magic link sent to your email — a non-negotiable policy for LGPD/GDPR compliance and audit purposes.
Generated content and ownership.
The generated content of your reports is licensed to you for personal use. You may not redistribute reports commercially or claim authorship of AI-generated content.
NOESIS retains rights over the template, scoring algorithm, anonymous aggregate metrics, and technical infrastructure. Upon account deletion, you cannot demand the destruction of audit logs and anonymous aggregate metrics — these data sustain internal statistics and platform operation.
Payments, pricing, and refunds.
Prices are stored in canonical USD and displayed in local currency based on detected country. The exchange rate is locked at checkout start — variations greater than 1% between the displayed and charged price appear as a warning.
Refund window: 7 days in Brazil (Consumer Protection Code right of withdrawal); 14 days in the European Union; per local regulation in other countries. Automatic refund via self-service if you have not yet downloaded the Full Report. Outside the window or after download, open a support ticket for case-by-case review.

NOESIS tests, reports, and certificates are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and are for informational and self-knowledge purposes only. They do not constitute a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis, nor do they substitute evaluation by a qualified professional.
In jurisdictions where "psychology" is a regulated profession (Brazil, Portugal, Spain, France, and others), we emphasize: NOESIS does not substitute a qualified professional. In case of mental health or well-being concerns, please seek specialized help.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOESIS is not liable for decisions made based on report content — reports are informational inputs, not recommendations. Occasional service unavailability for technical reasons does not give rise to a right of refund, unless it materially affects already-purchased content.
Affiliate Program.
Affiliates join the Program via self-acceptance in the dashboard. Current rates: 30% B2C, 20% B2B (Corporate Plan), 10% B2B (Pay-per-report). Self-referral is blocked. Sub-affiliates do not exist. A 30-day hold per transaction reduces chargeback risk. Withdrawal threshold: USD 50.
Termination and suspension.
You may close your account at any time via self-service (30-day withdrawal window). NOESIS may suspend accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms — with prior notice where applicable.
Jurisdiction and applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Elected venue: the judicial district of NOESIS LTDA's headquarters. In disputes with consumers residing outside Brazil, local consumer law prevails to the extent it is more favorable to the consumer.
