ทำไมถึงไว้วางใจเครื่องมือวัดนี้
Based on the life satisfaction construct of Diener et al. (1985), this assessment uses 5 independently developed items (α = 0.87) rated on a 7-point agreement scale to capture your global cognitive judgment of life as a whole — deliberately separate from momentary mood. The items were written by NOESIS to represent the published construct; this is not the original SWLS.

ทฤษฎีเบื้องหลังแบบทดสอบนี้
Subjective Well-Being Theory
Theory that well-being is best assessed through the individual's own cognitive judgment of life satisfaction — a global, reflective assessment of one's life as a whole, distinct from momentary affect or specific domain satisfaction.

คำถามที่พบบ่อย
What does this assessment measure?
It measures your global cognitive judgment of life satisfaction — how well your life measures up to your personal standards and ideals.
How does this relate to the Satisfaction with Life Scale?
This assessment measures the same life satisfaction construct defined by Diener et al. (1985). All items are independently developed by NOESIS.
Is this test scientifically validated?
It is built on the life satisfaction construct of Diener et al. (1985), the most widely used measure of subjective well-being in research. The items are a NOESIS adaptation (α = 0.87) — independently written and not independently validated — so treat results as structured self-reflection.
What do high and low scores mean?
High scores mean your life, judged as a whole, feels close to your own ideal; low scores mean there is a real gap between the life you have and the life you want. Because the judgment is cognitive rather than mood-based, scores respond to genuine life changes — which also makes this a useful measure to retake after big transitions.
