科学的根拠

このツールを信頼できる理由。

This assessment diagnoses ten specific barriers to career decision-making based on Gati, Krausz and Osipow's taxonomy (1996), organized in three clusters: Lack of Readiness (motivation, indecisiveness, dysfunctional beliefs), Lack of Information (about the process, self, occupations and how to obtain information) and Inconsistent Information (unreliable data, internal conflicts, external conflicts). Thirty-four independently developed items rated on a five-point scale. The taxonomy has been validated in 13+ countries. The diagnostic profile identifies which specific barriers are active, so interventions can be targeted rather than generic.

収束的妥当性
収束的妥当性High alpha reliabilities reported across multiple national samples. The three-cluster, ten-scale structure has been confirmed in at least 13 countries.
弁別的妥当性Distinct from career indecision (a single dimension); the ten scales provide differential diagnostic information that a unidimensional career decidedness measure does not.
