Counterproductive Work Behavior

Volitional behavior that harms or intends to harm the organization or its members. Five dimensions: abuse (interpersonal aggression), production deviance (deliberately poor work), sabotage (destruction of property or process), theft, and withdrawal (unauthorized absence or disengagement).
