Every scientific test on the platform is backed by published psychometric research. The underlying model, authors, and normative references are linked from each test's page.

Free vs. paid: what do I get?

**Taking any test is always free.** You can complete as many tests as you like at no cost. What differs is the depth of the report you receive.

**Free (Partial Report):**
- Available immediately after completing a test.
- Shows your scale scores as a visual profile chart.
- Great for a quick snapshot of where you stand.

**Paid (Complete Report):**
- Detailed percentile scores comparing you to the reference population.
- Written interpretations and personalized recommendations for each scale.
- Downloadable PDF document you can save or print.
- A verifiable certificate confirming your results.

You can decide whether to unlock the Complete Report after you see your Partial Report — there is no commitment up front.

Question 3

Can I pause and resume a test?

Yes. Your progress is saved automatically after each question. If you close the browser or lose your internet connection, you can return to the test and continue from where you left off.

To resume, navigate to the same test page or check your Dashboard for in-progress tests.

What do my scores mean?

Every test measures you across several **scales** (traits, factors, or subscales). Your score on each scale tells you where you fall on that particular trait.

**In the Partial Report (free):**
- You see a visual profile chart with your raw or standardized scores per scale.
- This gives you a quick picture of your relative strengths and tendencies.

**In the Complete Report (paid):**
- Scores are converted to **percentiles** — a percentile of 75 means you scored higher than 75% of the reference population on that scale.
- Each scale includes a written interpretation explaining what your score means in practical terms.
- Personalized recommendations suggest how to leverage your strengths or develop specific areas.

Your profile is a snapshot, not a verdict. Psychometric scores describe tendencies and preferences — they are not fixed labels. Results are most useful when read as a starting point for reflection, not as a definitive classification.

**Playful tests** are fun, recreational assessments designed for casual self-exploration. They may be inspired by psychological concepts but do not make scientific claims. They are not validated against normative samples and should not be used for clinical, educational, or employment decisions.

Every test page clearly indicates whether the test is scientific or playful, so you always know what you are working with.

What is the difference between a Partial and Complete report?

The Integrative Report is an AI-generated document that synthesizes all your test results into a unified cross-test analysis. Unlike individual test reports, it looks for patterns and connections across your results.

**Sections include:**
- **Executive Summary** — your profile in a few paragraphs.
- **Cross-test Patterns** — connections between different assessments.
- **Temporal Observations** — how your results relate over time.
- **How Tests Connect** (Complete Report holders) — deeper analysis of inter-test relationships.
- **Growth Opportunities** (Complete Report holders) — personalized development suggestions.
- **Suggested Next Tests** — recommendations for further exploration.

**How depth works:** The report's depth for each test depends on whether you own the Complete Report for that test. Tests with only a Partial Report get surface-level mention; tests with a Complete Report get in-depth analysis.

The Integrative Report updates automatically when you complete new tests or purchase additional Complete Reports. Each version is numbered so you can track how your profile evolves.

This is distinct from the **Integrative Chat** — the Report is a structured document, while the Chat is a conversational interface.

Question 8

How does the magic link work?

NOESIS uses magic links for passwordless sign-in. When you enter your email address, we send you a secure link that signs you in automatically. The link expires after 15 minutes and can only be used once.

You do not need to remember a password — just click the link in your inbox. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder or request a new link.

How to complete a purchase

Here's how to purchase a Complete Report or bundle on NOESIS:

1. **Add to cart** — from the test page, bundle page, or the upgrade button on a Partial Report.
2. **Review your cart** — check the items and apply a coupon code if you have one.
3. **Choose your payment method** — credit/debit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), Pix, or boleto bancário.
4. **Complete the payment.**
5. **Access your reports** — Complete Reports are unlocked immediately for card and Pix payments, or as soon as payment is confirmed for boleto.

A 7-day withdrawal right notice is displayed before payment. You can track all your purchases in **Dashboard > Purchases**.

How refunds work

You have a **7-day right of withdrawal** from the date of purchase.

**Automatic refund:** If you haven't viewed (consumed) the Complete Report within 7 days, the refund is processed automatically upon request. Go to **Dashboard > Purchases**, find the transaction, and click **Request Refund**.

**Manual review:** If you've already viewed the report, you can still request a refund through our support channel. These requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but typically takes 5–10 business days. You can track refund status in **Dashboard > Refunds**.

What is Duo?

Duo is a feature that lets you create a self-knowledge bond with someone important to you. It's a symmetric, one-to-one connection where both people can share test results, compare profiles side by side, and chat together about your shared insights.

**Relationship types:**

- **Friendship** — deepen your understanding of a close friend.
- **Professional** — improve collaboration with a colleague or business partner.

Each person maintains full control over what they share within the Duo. You can have multiple Duos with different people, each with its own relationship type.

What is Integrative Chat?

Integrative Chat is an AI-powered conversational interface that helps you explore your test results in depth. Unlike static reports, the chat lets you ask questions, discover patterns across multiple tests, and get personalized insights.

**Key features:**
- Available from your **very first completed test** — you do not need multiple results to start.
- Draws on all your completed tests to find cross-cutting patterns (e.g., how your personality traits relate to your cognitive style).
- Suggests new tests that could deepen your self-understanding based on what you have already taken.

**Free trial:** After completing your first test, you get a limited free trial of Integrative Chat with a small monthly message cap. Trial responses are intentionally general — they give you a taste of the conversational experience without revealing deep analysis.

**Full access:** Unlocked when you purchase your first Complete Report. Full access provides deeper, test-specific insights, a higher monthly message cap, and a 12-month access window.

Question 13

How is my data protected?

NOESIS stores your data on encrypted, GDPR and LGPD-compliant infrastructure. Test responses are linked to your account by a random identifier — your name is never associated with raw answers in our databases.

**Your rights:**
- **Access:** View all data we hold about you from Dashboard > Settings > Privacy.
- **Export:** Download a copy of your data at any time.
- **Deletion:** Request full account deletion (processed within 30 days).

We never sell your personal data to third parties. Anonymized, aggregate data may be used for research purposes, but it can never be traced back to any individual.

Employee privacy in assessments

NOESIS takes employee privacy seriously. Here is how it works in a corporate context:

**Individual results are private by default.** An employee's individual test results are never shared with the organization in identifiable form without the employee's explicit consent. Consent is given per test attempt and can be revoked at any time (revocation is forward-only — it cuts future access but cannot recall already-downloaded exports).

**Sensitive tests are excluded.** Tests flagged as sensitive (e.g., clinical screening instruments) are never included in corporate reports, regardless of consent settings.

**Aggregate reports require a minimum group size.** Group-level and organizational reports are only generated when at least 5 employees have completed a given test, ensuring individual results cannot be inferred from aggregate data.

**Employees keep their results.** Even after leaving the organization, employees retain access to their personal test results and reports within the standard 1-year access window.

**The personal Integrative Report is never visible to the employer** — it crosses test results from outside the corporate context and remains exclusively in the employee's personal dashboard.
