The Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (Savickas & Porfeli, 2012) measures four psychosocial resources for managing career transitions: Concern (looking ahead), Control (taking responsibility), Curiosity (exploring options) and Confidence (believing in your capacity). Twenty-four items, six per resource, rated on a five-point strength scale. Internal consistency alphas range from .74 to .92 across the 13-country international validation (N = 3,223). Scores are reported as means per resource and compared against the combined international sample.

Yes. The CAAS was developed and validated across 13 countries simultaneously. Internal consistency ranges from .74 to .92 and the four-factor structure holds across cultures.
