このツールを信頼できる理由。
This assessment diagnoses ten specific barriers to career decision-making based on Gati, Krausz and Osipow's taxonomy (1996), organized in three clusters: Lack of Readiness (motivation, indecisiveness, dysfunctional beliefs), Lack of Information (about the process, self, occupations and how to obtain information) and Inconsistent Information (unreliable data, internal conflicts, external conflicts). Thirty-four independently developed items rated on a five-point scale. The taxonomy has been validated in 13+ countries. The diagnostic profile identifies which specific barriers are active, so interventions can be targeted rather than generic.
