Almost everyone has a moment of picking up the phone for one thing and putting it down twenty minutes later having done something else. That moment is worth looking at, and it is not worth a lecture. This describes where your phone sits in an ordinary day: how often it interrupts, whether it fills the small gaps, what happens when it is not within reach, and whether the way you use it matches how you would like to. It gives you a pattern in plain language. What it does not do is tell you the pattern is a problem. Whether it is depends on what you want your days to look like, and only you have that information. The full report describes what your pattern tends to look like from the inside, when it usually shows up, and a few small experiments you can try and drop.
A description of how the phone fits into your day, written to inform rather than to scold. It says what the pattern is and leaves the judgement where it belongs.
- See how your phone actually fits into an ordinary day, in plain language
- Notice the specific moments where it takes more time than you meant to give
- Compare how you use it with how you would like to
- Get a few small things to try, none of which involve deleting anything

กลุ่มเป้าหมาย
Anyone curious about how much of their day the phone takes
อายุที่แนะนำ: 16+
คำถามที่รายงานตอบ
Why does the gap between intention and use matter more than the hours?
Because two people can spend the same three hours and feel entirely differently about them. One chose most of it, the other kept arriving somewhere they did not set out for. The questions here about opening it for one thing and doing another, and about using it more than you would like, do more work than the ones about frequency, and that is on purpose.
ใครได้ประโยชน์มากที่สุด
Somebody who looked at their screen time and flinched
The number on its own is not very informative. What this adds is where the time goes and whether the pattern is one you mind, which is the part that decides whether anything needs to change.
Somebody whose work lives on their phone
You will probably come out high, and the report does not treat that as a finding about you. It separates the phone being present from the phone taking more than you meant to give.
Somebody trying to read more
The useful part is the section on filled gaps. Reading rarely loses to the phone in a straight contest; it loses in the two-minute intervals that used to be empty.
Somebody who is simply curious
Five minutes, no lecture, and a description written to be recognisable rather than alarming.
คำถามที่พบบ่อย
Does a high result mean something is wrong?
No. It means the phone takes up a lot of your day, which for many people is simply how their work and their friendships are arranged now. Whether it suits you is a question about what you want your days to look like, and the quiz has no access to that.
Is this a check for anything?
No. It is a playful quiz about ordinary habits. It measures nothing and identifies nothing about you, and it deliberately avoids the language of medicine throughout.
Will it tell me to delete my apps?
No. The report offers a few small experiments you can try and drop, and none of them are about deleting things or making rules you will break by Wednesday.
I answered honestly and did not like the result.
That reaction is worth more attention than the number is. The quiz described what you reported; the discomfort is your own reading of it, and it is usually about one specific part of the day rather than the whole pattern.
Why are some questions about how I would like to use it?
Because the gap between how you use it and how you would like to is more informative than the hours. Two people with identical screen time can feel completely differently about it, and only one of them is bothered.
Can I use this with my teenager?
As a conversation, if they take it themselves and read their own result. As something you administer and then discuss with them, no. A quiz used as evidence in an argument stops being a quiz.
