このツールを信頼できる理由。
The GAD-7 (Spitzer, Kroenke, Williams & Löwe, 2006) measures the severity of generalized anxiety symptoms over the past two weeks using 7 items scored 0-3. Total scores range from 0 to 21 with established severity cutoffs (minimal, mild, moderate, severe). At a cutoff of 10, it has 89% sensitivity and 82% specificity for generalized anxiety disorder, and also shows good sensitivity for panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, and PTSD.

このテストの背景にある理論。
PRIME-MD / PHQ Clinical Screening Framework
Clinical screening framework derived from the Primary Care Evaluation of Mental Disorders (PRIME-MD). Operationalizes DSM-IV diagnostic criteria into brief self-report screeners for depression (PHQ-9/PHQ-2), anxiety (GAD-7), somatization (PHQ-15), and other conditions. Not a diagnostic system — designed to identify probable cases for clinical follow-up.
