Refund policy

NOESIS offers automatic refunds within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet viewed the Complete Report. If the report has not been accessed, the refund is processed automatically upon request.

If you have already viewed the report, you may still request a refund through our support channel. These requests are handled manually and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer but typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
