Sensitive tests in corporate assessments

Some tests on NOESIS are classified as sensitive — for example, clinical screening instruments that touch on mental health, emotional wellbeing, or other deeply personal areas.

How sensitive tests work in a corporate context:

• Sensitive tests are never included in corporate group reports or organizational analytics, regardless of employee consent settings.
• Employees can still take sensitive tests on the platform for their own self-knowledge, but results exist only in their personal, private dashboard.
• The personal Integrative Report, which may reference sensitive test results, is never visible to the employer.

This ensures employees feel safe exploring all aspects of self-knowledge without concern about organizational visibility. The minimum group size of 5 for aggregate reports provides an additional layer of protection.
