Troubleshooting login issues

If you're having trouble signing in:

Magic link not arriving:

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.
• Make sure you entered the correct email address.
• Wait a minute — sometimes email delivery takes a moment.
• Request a new magic link (the old one is invalidated).

Magic link expired:

• Links expire after 15 minutes. If yours expired, simply request a new one.
• Each link can only be used once. If you already clicked it, you may already be signed in — check your browser.

Still having trouble:

• Try a different browser or clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings.
• If the problem persists, contact us through the site.
