Career Decision-Making Difficulties
Also known as: CDDQ framework · Career indecision taxonomy
Taxonomy of difficulties that prevent people from making career decisions, organised into three major clusters: lack of readiness (motivation, indecisiveness, dysfunctional beliefs), lack of information (about the process, about self, about occupations, about ways of obtaining information), and inconsistent information (unreliable information, internal conflicts, external conflicts).
