How long is my certificate valid?

Your certificate and Complete Report access are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. During this window you can view the report online and download the PDF as many times as you like.

After the 1-year window expires, portal access is deactivated. You can re-acquire access to the same report (the original results are preserved — no need to retake the test) by purchasing again, which opens a new 1-year window.

Tip: Download your PDF certificate and report within the validity period so you always have a local copy, regardless of portal access.

Public verification of a certificate (e.g., by an employer checking a certificate link) works independently of whether the holder's portal access is still active.
