How do certificates work?

When you purchase a Complete Report, you receive a digital certificate confirming your test results.

Each certificate includes:

• Your name.
• The test taken.
• The date.
• A unique verification code.

Certificates are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.

Public verification: Anyone — employers, institutions, colleagues — can verify your certificate by entering the verification code on the public verification page. No account is needed. Verification works even if your own portal access has expired.

Tip: Download your certificate PDF within the validity period to keep a permanent copy.
