What emails does NOESIS send?

NOESIS may send you the following types of emails:

Essential (always sent):

• Magic link for sign-in
• Purchase confirmation and payment status
• Refund notifications

Operational (can be disabled):

• Test completed and test paused reminders
• Integrative Report available or updated
• Report access expiring notifications

Cart reminders (can be disabled):

• Abandoned cart reminders with optional recovery coupon

Marketing (opt-in only):

• New tests available, product updates

You can manage your email preferences in Dashboard > Settings > Notification Preferences. Essential security emails (magic link, account changes) cannot be disabled.

If you're not receiving expected emails, check your spam or promotions folder.
