Report access and validity period
Complete Report access lasts 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period you can:
- View the report online.
- Download the PDF.
- Access the certificate.
All as many times as you want.
After the 1-year window expires, online portal access is deactivated. Your original results are preserved permanently — to regain access, purchase again and a new 1-year window opens.
Free tests (and their Partial Reports) never expire.
Tip: Download your PDF report and certificate within the validity period so you always have a local copy, regardless of portal access.
