What emails does NOESIS send?
NOESIS may send you the following types of emails:
Essential (always sent):
- Magic link for sign-in
- Purchase confirmation and payment status
- Refund notifications
Operational (can be disabled):
- Test completed and test paused reminders
- Integrative Report available or updated
- Report access expiring notifications
Cart reminders (can be disabled):
- Abandoned cart reminders with optional recovery coupon
Marketing (opt-in only):
- New tests available, product updates
You can manage your email preferences in Dashboard > Settings > Notification Preferences. Essential security emails (magic link, account changes) cannot be disabled.
If you're not receiving expected emails, check your spam or promotions folder.
