How to request data deletion
To request deletion of your personal data:
- Sign in and go to Dashboard > Settings > Privacy.
- Click Request Data Deletion.
- Confirm your request.
Your request will be processed within 30 days. Once complete, all personal data associated with your account is permanently removed.
What is retained: Anonymized research data that has already been stripped of all identifying information is retained as per our terms of service. This data cannot be linked back to you.
